Custom Lighting Design
Save the stress, seriously. If you’re doing a home renovation or new build, you already have decision fatigue. We take the lighting project from start to finish.
We specialize in lighting plans for the home or commercial spaces. Bringing together a designer style and the plan of an electrician, to make sure you get just what you want before wiring is done.
Make the plan - then execute. Typically it’s done backwards, quite frankly. The electricians do the wiring before the lighting is selected. Then, the homeowner is told they need to have lights delivered a few weeks out. As the homeowner starts searching, they find they actually wanted to go with different ideas - but the electrical boxes are set and the wires are in. Too little too late - or an enormous expense to change. We want to ensure no regrets!
We create the plan at the start, create the options list, work with electricians, place the order, check for damage, deliver on time, and make sure they are beautiful for you when you move in.
We do the heavy lifting for you, right down to the bulbs. We make it easy.
A plan covers the recessed lighting, fixture, and switches locations. It calculates lumens and types of lighting needed in different spaces, and the best color temperatures.
Lighting Plan Fee: $300
Hourly Rate may apply for projects over 4000 sq ft. Non-refundable.
Installation
We offer installation on delivery! No more waiting for the electrician to be able to come! Plus, take advantage of the great hourly rate!
This is a basic installation service. Service includes removing old fixtures and replacing with new ones, clean up and disposal of old lights. Note: Moving fixtures, additional wiring, or changing switches will require a licensed electrician.
